1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused and unwashed
• The item must be in its original condition and packaging
• All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Customized or personalized products
• Sale or clearance items (if marked as non-returnable)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

• Contact us at info@dwevitra.com with your order number and reason for return
• Securely pack the item in its original packaging
• Ship the product to the address provided by our support team

Note: Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

4. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
• If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days
• Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

5. Exchanges

• Exchanges are subject to product availability
• To exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Share clear photos of the product
• We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost
