At DWEVITRA TRADERS PRIVATE LIMITED, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we are here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused and unwashed
- The item must be in its original condition and packaging
- All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Customized or personalized products
- Sale or clearance items (if marked as non-returnable)
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at info@dwevitra.com with your order number and reason for return
- Securely pack the item in its original packaging
- Ship the product to the address provided by our support team
Note: Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
4. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
5. Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- To exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos of the product
- We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost
