  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order has been shipped, whichever occurs first.

  • Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

2. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is returned in its original condition and packaging.

  • All tags, labels, accessories, and accompanying materials are intact.

3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

4. Return Process

  4. Ship the item to the address provided by our support team.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • We will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

Refund Conditions

  • Refunds will be issued only after successful inspection of the returned item.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
